About the position

The Global Digital Marketing Manager (Epilepsy) at LivaNova is a pivotal role focused on managing and optimizing digital marketing platforms and initiatives that support the growth strategies of the Neuromodulation business unit. This position encompasses the management of existing marketing technology platforms, the development and deployment of new digital solutions, and the optimization of digital campaigns, all performed with limited direction. The successful candidate will leverage their strong technical and data management skills to analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and collaborate closely with brand marketing teams to propose and implement strategies that enhance business opportunities while addressing challenges. This role requires a data-driven mindset, enabling the manager to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues effectively, as well as manage platform integrations to create robust omni-channel digital toolkits. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation, allowing them to build and deploy technical solutions that enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance. The position has a global scope, addressing both healthcare professional (HCP) and patient audiences, and involves significant collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing campaign data to derive meaningful insights, proposing innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance, and supporting brand teams by developing key digital tools and tactics. The manager will also be responsible for establishing governance processes to ensure standardized platform usage and maximize data integrity, managing customer-facing digital platforms, and overseeing the global paid media budget to optimize conversions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture consistent with LivaNova's values.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Work closely with brand marketing and leadership teams to propose innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance.
  • Support brand teams by building and deploying key digital/technical tools and tactics.
  • Support the development of governance processes to ensure standardized platform usage and maximize data integrity.
  • Manage and administer customer-facing digital platforms and related integrations including web CMS, marketing automation, eLearning, web analytics, and BI dashboards.
  • Identify and share best practices, as well as support and facilitate digital training workshops to raise digital IQ across the business.
  • Manage global paid media budget and allocate across priority markets to generate maximum conversions.
  • Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place, including developing and enhancing BI dashboards, across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with external partners (including agencies) and cross-functional stakeholders (including Sales, IT, Privacy).
  • Participate in and actively manage planning initiatives as they relate to the annual strategic plan and the commercial operating plan.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships across a matrix organization with a goal of becoming the point of contact for digital support requests.
  • Manage the timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders in line with the commercial operating plan.
  • Manage budget effectively for key responsible projects.
