About the position

The Global Digital Marketing Manager (Epilepsy) will manage and optimize digital marketing platforms and initiatives to support the growth strategies of the Neuromodulation business unit. This role involves overseeing existing martech platforms, deploying new digital solutions, and optimizing digital campaigns with a focus on data analysis and collaboration with brand marketing teams. The position requires a strong technical background in digital marketing, data management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Work closely with brand marketing and leadership teams to propose innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance.
  • Support brand teams by building and deploying key digital/technical tools and tactics.
  • Support the development of governance processes to ensure standardised platform usage and maximise data integrity.
  • Manage and administer customer facing digital platforms and related integrations including: web CMS, marketing automation, eLearning, web analytics, BI dashboards.
  • Identify/share best practices, as well as support and facilitate digital training workshops to raise digital IQ across the business.
  • Manage global paid media budget and allocate across priority markets to generate maximum conversions.
  • Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place, including developing and enhancing BI dashboards, across full customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with external partners (incl. agency) and cross-functional stakeholders (incl. Sales, IT, Privacy).
  • Participate in and actively manage planning initiatives as they relate to the annual strategic plan, and the commercial operating plan.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to inform & develop marketing strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships across a matric organization with a goal of becoming point of contact for digital support requests.
  • Manage the timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders in line with commercial operating plan.
  • Manage budget effectively for key responsible projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in working in both back and front ends of digital marketing.
  • Expertise in multichannel marketing, digital lead generation, digital optimisation.
  • Enjoys operating at a granular technical detail, as well as wider project management.
  • Dynamic & problem-solving attitude.
  • Aptitude for data interpretation & strong research capabilities.

Benefits

  • Discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
  • Pay transparency with a reasonable estimate of the annual base salary between $93,000 - $140,000.
