About the position

The Global Digital Marketing Manager (Epilepsy) will manage and optimize digital marketing platforms and initiatives to support the growth strategies of the Neuromodulation business unit. This role involves analyzing campaign data, generating insights, and collaborating with brand marketing teams to enhance campaign performance and customer experience through innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Work closely with brand marketing and leadership teams to propose innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance.
  • Support brand teams by building and deploying key digital/technical tools and tactics.
  • Support the development of governance processes to ensure standardized platform usage and maximize data integrity.
  • Manage and administer customer-facing digital platforms and related integrations including web CMS, marketing automation, eLearning, web analytics, and BI dashboards.
  • Identify/share best practices and support digital training workshops to raise digital IQ across the business.
  • Manage global paid media budget and allocate across priority markets to generate maximum conversions.
  • Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place, including developing and enhancing BI dashboards across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with external partners (including agencies) and cross-functional stakeholders (including Sales, IT, Privacy).
  • Participate in and actively manage planning initiatives related to the annual strategic plan and the commercial operating plan.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships across a matrix organization to become the point of contact for digital support requests.
  • Manage the timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders in line with the commercial operating plan.
  • Manage budget effectively for key responsible projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in working in both back and front ends of digital marketing.
  • Expertise in multichannel marketing, digital lead generation, and digital optimization.
  • Dynamic and problem-solving attitude.
  • Aptitude for data interpretation and strong research capabilities.
  • Analytical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of activities.
  • Fluent in English.

Benefits

  • Discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
  • Pay transparency with a reasonable estimate of the annual base salary ranging from $93,000 to $140,000.
