About the position

The Global Digital Marketing Manager at Johnson Health Tech North America Inc. is responsible for leading the global brand website strategy and managing digital marketing initiatives across various channels and subsidiaries. This role involves overseeing the execution of digital campaigns, optimizing web content, and enhancing brand awareness through effective digital communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing international B2B and B2C websites, with a focus on improving digital experiences and driving strategic marketing decisions based on analytics and customer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop global strategy and oversee the execution of JHT's global brand websites.
  • Manage website marketing and product content to ensure correct representation on global brand websites.
  • Provide functional expertise, best practices, and recommendations for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create, measure, analyze, and optimize marketing-related content performance across digital channels.
  • Partner with the User Experience team to manage and evolve digital branding elements.
  • Create, execute, and communicate global social media strategy and lead a team of content creators.
  • Contribute to thought leadership for the digital communications strategy.
  • Gather, synthesize, and apply digital insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Develop campaign success metrics and track performance against goals.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to global subsidiaries for digital services and programs.
  • Manage the digital marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in marketing, marketing research, communications, or related field required; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing global websites, digital campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Proven use of online analytics to interpret results and drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience with AdWords and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage resources and maintain timelines.
  • Skilled in analyzing research results and forming marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional creative teams.
  • 1+ years' experience managing a staff, including hiring and mentoring.
