About the position

The Global Digital Marketing Manager at Ivalua is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance global demand generation and nurture conversion efforts. This role serves as a central hub for collaboration within the Digital Marketing team, focusing on various digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. The manager will ensure best practices are followed across campaigns and will report directly to the Global Director of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute global content and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, lifecycle stage marketing, and CRO programs.
  • Measure and report digital marketing campaign performance, identify trends & insights, and optimize spend accordingly.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, instrument conversion points, optimize user funnels, and improve user experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Brainstorm creative growth strategies and customer pathways, evaluate emerging technologies and best practices, and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working on digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
  • Experience identifying target audiences, optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • A/B testing, and running multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Proficient to expert in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven approach; ability to draw conclusions and devise strategic recommendations based on findings.
