About the position

The Global Digital Marketing Platform Manager at Siemens Healthineers is responsible for managing the operations of various marketing tools and platforms, including digital asset management and eCommerce systems. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams across different specialties to optimize these platforms, enhance customer feedback mechanisms, and ensure effective training and user management. The position requires a strong understanding of online marketing strategies and the ability to analyze metrics to drive engagement and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of marketing tools and platforms, including Ultrasound Digital Asset Management and eCommerce.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to optimize marketing platforms.
  • Manage and enhance customer feedback Power BI dashboard.
  • Oversee platform user management, access requests, and training.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage and enhance eCommerce product data.
  • Maintain the Ultrasound Intranet (SharePoint), including site organization and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and distribute online metrics to improve platforms and generate engagement.
  • Act as an expert consultant to Ultrasound Business Area and Regions on Marketing Platforms.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing or Liberal Arts.
  • Experience managing marketing platforms and websites.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience working with digital brand guidelines.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Power BI and Content Management Systems.
  • Extraordinary written, editorial, and communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in Healthcare or Lifesciences is preferred.
