About the position

The Global Digital Product Manager is responsible for executing the product strategy and roadmap for Manulife Investment Management's Global Corporate website and its Adobe Experience Manager components. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and design/development teams to enhance customer experience and drive business value through effective project management and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign of Manulife Investment Management's global corporate website and ensure it delivers value as part of the overall digital ecosystem.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of Adobe Experience Manager components to enhance client experience and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage global shared digital platforms to improve digital experience and drive efficiency.
  • Present product concepts, roadmaps, and delivery timelines to business stakeholders clearly.
  • Manage product enhancements and new launches from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the Program Backlog to achieve and maintain targeted business objectives.
  • Champion user-centric design by leveraging user feedback and competitive analysis.
  • Respond to bugs and critical customer-facing issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Update and manage the team backlog with quality grooming.
  • Act as a Business Process owner within the Agile development process.
  • Perform analysis and generate requirements with internal teams, evaluating feasibility and prioritizing deliverables.
  • Translate customers' operations and business drivers into product requirements.
  • Ensure value delivery and establish an adoption strategy for products.
  • Identify activities that will produce the most business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-8 years of overall experience with 4+ years in web content management systems
  • Working knowledge of financial services products and sales cycles
  • Ability to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage reporting data for strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct user/design research or collaborate with design researchers
  • Ability to navigate challenges in a larger organization while remaining productive and engaged.
