About the position

As the Director of Global Project Management Consultancy (PMC) at Linesight, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of the PMC practice worldwide. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the long-term vision, managing key client relationships, and ensuring global alignment and consistency in project delivery. You will chair the Global PMC Group and oversee critical activities to ensure successful delivery of PMC services across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the PMC division, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and business growth objectives.
  • Chair the Global PMC Group, overseeing the appointment of team members and ensuring consistency and excellence in project delivery.
  • Lead change management initiatives globally, protecting Linesight's business interests while driving operational improvements.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring the alignment of processes and service excellence.
  • Manage key corporate accounts with significant capital expenditures, building lasting partnerships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to execute strategies and drive successful project delivery.
  • Take ownership of the global PMC P&L, ensuring accurate forecasting of cashflow, revenue, and profitability.
  • Drive achievement of revenue targets while managing costs and optimizing gross margins.
  • Provide regular financial and operational performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure global consistency by coordinating with PMC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across regions.
  • Identify and request corporate services that align with the growth and strategy of the PMC division.
  • Oversee risk management, talent strategy, and project pipeline development to ensure business sustainability and excellence.
  • Lead and promote Linesight's culture of clarity, candor, and openness at all levels, fostering a DE&I-centered work environment.
  • Proactively manage key talent through strategic recruitment, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Champion Health & Safety standards, maintaining the highest levels of compliance and employee welfare.
  • Advocate for process automation, data gathering, and innovation to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement new tools and technologies that support the continuous improvement of PMC services.
  • Collaborate with Executive and Vice Presidents to develop and implement regional strategies that align with the global goals of the organization.
  • Work with marketing and HR teams to promote brand awareness and develop a local talent pipeline, ensuring best-in-class onboarding experiences.
  • Promote an engaging office culture, ensuring regular interaction and support for staff in all regions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a strategic leadership role managing global operations.
  • Strong background in project management and consultancy.
  • Ability to drive innovation and cultivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
