The Global Director, Total Rewards at Veranova is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company's global total rewards strategy. This position plays a critical role in aligning compensation, benefits, and recognition programs with Veranova's business objectives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of total rewards programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that aligns with Veranova's business goals.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and performance-driven compensation programs.
  • Lead the development and management of global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs to enhance engagement and foster a positive culture.
  • Stay updated on global compensation and benefits trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the total rewards team, fostering a collaborative culture and mentoring team members.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure total rewards programs support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a global total rewards leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and trends.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate business goals into effective total rewards strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
