About the position

The Principal E-Commerce Program Manager at Hewlett Packard plays a crucial role in enhancing online shopping experiences on hp.com. This senior position within the User Experience (UX) design group involves coordinating workflows and processes for Agile product teams, ensuring that web experiences lead to improved shopper satisfaction and increased revenue. The role requires strong leadership, business operations acumen, and effective communication skills, along with a solid background in eCommerce design and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Leading process and workflow governance for the UX and UI design teams.
  • Enabling product teams to develop and drive web experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in shopper experience, purchase conversions, and revenue.
  • Providing product teams and leaders with dashboards and notifications critical to tactical progress and strategic prioritization.
  • Leading project planning compliance with new web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory laws.
  • Developing productive internal/external working relationships and providing guidance to ecommerce designers, product managers, developers, and other team members.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in web design, software product management, project management, or a related field.
  • Expert in architecture administration of Jira workflows, dashboards and process management.
  • Experience working in Agile software development product model methodology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce analytics and business strategies.
  • Experience developing workflow automation.
  • Skilled in Project Management.
  • Skilled in User Experience (UX) and/or User Interface (UI) design.
  • Proficient to advanced skills in at least three of Microsoft Teams, Adobe Analytics, Figma, React, Miro, OKR planning, Design Thinking.
