About the position

This position is integral to TikTok's Global eDiscovery team, focusing on managing the implementation of e-Discovery processes necessary for litigation. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the collection of information required for legal defenses, ensuring compliance with legal standards and enhancing the company's e-discovery program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TikTok eDiscovery team to evaluate relevant company data applications and repositories.
• Support the Global Litigation & Antitrust team and other legal teams in developing document discovery processes and managing eDiscovery solution providers.
• Manage the implementation and operation of eDiscovery procedures and supporting technology platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering and Global Forensics, on data management for litigation and regulatory investigations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing e-Discovery programs for a global organization with complex litigation.
• Strong ability to manage complex tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects under pressure and prioritizing effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across various functions.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
• Strong team leadership skills with experience managing teams at all levels.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
