The Global Engineering Director will lead a diverse, international team across the US, India, and Europe, focusing on innovation, resource optimization, and productivity enhancement within a global industrial machinery leader. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong record of driving technology advancements and aligning with industry trends and customer needs, aiming to influence change and lead engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Guide a diverse, international engineering team across multiple regions.
• Focus on innovation, resource optimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Drive technology advancements and align with industry trends and customer needs.
• Translate complex digital requirements into innovative products.
• Manage and lead teams in an Agile environment, adapting to new market trends.
• Produce and deliver professional engineering reports and presentations to various audiences.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Automation.
• 15 years of experience delivering and sustaining products in relevant areas.
• At least 8 years of experience in team management.
• 5 years of experience leading global teams in matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to translate complex digital requirements into innovative products.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial automation standards and digital communication protocols.
• Experience with Digital Twin, IoT, and Industry 4.0.
• Ability to manage Agile software development processes.
• Strong motivational skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with stakeholders.
