About the position

The Project Manager/Specialist will be part of a high-performing global team responsible for managing the stability and proactive maintenance of IT services for the company's top 300 Executives and their support staff. This role involves delivering white glove IT support, overseeing team projects, and collaborating internationally to enhance productivity and innovation for the Executive Support Product, which provides 24x7 technical support for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of Executive Support Projects.
  • Provide detailed reports directly to the Manager of the Executive Support Product.
  • Responsible for creating a roadmap for the project, including defining project scope, setting goals and objectives, and developing a timeline for completion.
  • Allocate and manage resources such as personnel, budget, and materials to ensure project completion within defined constraints.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress through regular reporting and status updates.
  • Deploy and configure standard desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with Managed Print organization to provide printing services to Executives.
  • Provide remote office support for ESP Clients including home office equipment, internet access, and security systems.
  • Provide onsite meeting support and board level support when needed.
  • Assist executives with preparation of presentations, requiring advanced MS PowerPoint skills.
  • Create and maintain confidential client information and solution knowledgebase articles and documentation.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 and group training for executives and their admins.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience supporting top leadership in an IT support role.
  • Experience providing white glove IT support.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing large scale off-site meetings.
  • Strong business and customer service knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
