About the position

The Global Experience Owner for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding is responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding employee experience strategy at GSK. This role aims to maintain a competitive advantage while enhancing the experience for over 750,000 candidates and 10,000 successful hires annually. The position focuses on optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process by leveraging the latest tools and technologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Own and define the vision and ambition for the relevant experiences in collaboration with the COEs.
  • Accountable for candidate care by defining parameters of good candidate care and ensuring all actors in the process know what is expected.
  • Implement a customer research strategy to collect and analyze information about customer preferences and behaviors towards recruitment and onboarding services.
  • Ensure external recruiting teams practice good candidate care, including communication with candidates no longer under consideration.
  • Accountable for end-to-end onboarding, ensuring all functions involved deliver an experience that accelerates productivity for new hires.
  • Design and implement relevant customer testing approaches.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end process ownership for experience areas, including defining process measurement and driving process improvement.
  • Envision and design the solution roadmap for the experience, ensuring alignment with People Experience outcomes.
  • Act as the business product owner for relevant Tech solutions, shaping solution requirements and overseeing delivery.
  • Drive implementation and change delivery at global, regional, and local levels, ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in process design and optimisation, service delivery, strategy deployment, employee experience optimisation, and transformation in a Global Function of a mid-large organization.
  • Experience in Design Thinking (desirable).
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (desirable).
  • Agile certification (desirable).
