About the position

The Facilities Engineer role at P&G is designed for an experienced professional who will leverage technical mastery to drive business results and enhance the capabilities of manufacturing sites. This position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and effective decision-making across various engineering disciplines, with a focus on sustainability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the governance and business processes for various types of work, including due diligence for land and/or building acquisitions.
  • Drive business solutions through technical mastery.
  • Conduct site master planning, including layouts, utilities, and logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels within P&G to ensure alignment and ownership of projects.

Requirements

  • A University Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
  • 5+ years of tangible industry experience in technical and leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Facilities and Utilities, including Building Codes, Thermal & Utilities Systems, and Sustainability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Engineering is considered a bonus.
  • Experience working in multiple countries or regions.
  • Previous experience in project management and collaboration across diverse teams.
