About the position

This position is integral to our Wealth Management & Investment Services (WM&IS) team, where you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting fee schedules and agreements for various WM&IS accounts established by clients for diverse purposes. Your role will involve ensuring the proper fee coding to facilitate accurate administration of accounts, fee billing, and revenue posting. You will also be expected to deliver a high level of customer service, which is essential in maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction. This position requires a high level of expertise due to the complexity of the governing documents, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies and procedures. You will be expected to navigate these complexities effectively while providing insights and support to clients. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting financial data and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. As part of a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our wealth management services and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret fee schedules and agreements of WM&IS accounts established by clients.
  • Ensure proper fee coding for accurate administration of accounts, fee billing, and revenue posting.
  • Deliver high-level customer service to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with governing documents, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of financial industry related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s) and applicable regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer relations skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
