About the position

The Global Financial Crimes Program Management Analyst at MUFG is responsible for assisting in the production of monthly leadership reports and organizational charts related to significant developments in the Global Financial Crimes Division. This role involves soliciting updates from various departments, reviewing submissions for accuracy, and ensuring timely distribution of reports. The analyst will also manage annual Records & Information Management deliverables, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of monthly leadership reports on significant FinCrimes developments.
  • Solicit updates from various departments and track responses for adequate coverage of GFCD teams.
  • Review and validate submissions for relevance and accuracy.
  • Assess draft reports for consistency in language, grammar, style, and syntax.
  • Review reports for improvement opportunities focusing on format and content.
  • Distribute reports monthly and respond to follow-up queries from leadership.
  • Assist in the production of organizational charts for GFCD and Americas Core Compliance.
  • Solicit updates for organizational charts bi-monthly and track responses.
  • Review organizational charts for improvement opportunities.
  • Distribute organizational charts bi-monthly and respond to follow-up queries.
  • Ensure all annual Records & Information Management deliverables are met by deadlines.
  • Complete the Annual RIM Inventory Refresh process.
  • Schedule and facilitate the annual RIM disposition event for the relevant Business Unit.
  • Document BU RIM practices and provide attestations confirming deliverables have been met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry standard qualification.
  • 3 years working in financial services, banking, or consulting industry, ideally in Financial Crimes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in compliance or regulatory reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial crimes regulations and practices.
