About the position

The Global Group Product Manager for Lifting and Insulating Product Group at Leviat is responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for the product group, driving growth and profitability through new product introductions, lifecycle management, and effective product positioning. This role involves managing a team of Product Managers and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the product offerings in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Product Managers
• Develop and manage global Lifting & Insulating product group roadmap
• Lead new product development using Stage-Gate process
• Manage product line life-cycle management including SKU rationalization and pricing management
• Develop KPIs to measure product group performance
• Work closely with Market Segment Managers and Commercial teams to analyze marketplace data
• Identify customer needs and represent the voice of the customer
• Analyze and benchmark product offerings against competitors
• Lead annual product portfolio review
• Support product training
• Support marketing content creation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of product management or product marketing experience
• Proven record of launching new successful products
• Proven leadership and strategic capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of analytical and financial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-haves
