About the position

The Global Head of Total Rewards is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and competitive positioning. This role involves overseeing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organization. The position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address total rewards needs and challenges.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Manage the total rewards budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing total rewards strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP).
  • Experience with global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management software.
