About the position

Legend Biotech is seeking a Global Head of Total Rewards as part of the HR team based in Somerset, NJ. The Global HR Team is looking for talent to lead the total rewards function, building the framework and environment to attract and maintain talent assets for the US, Europe, and China.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the total rewards planning & execution, ensuring the total rewards strategy is aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and ensure the effectiveness of compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage company equity program.
  • Establish and evolve compensation programs, such as grading structure/job family, pay scale and structure, merit planning, short-term incentive plans, equity program, and employee engagement programs.
  • Lead efforts on executive compensation.
  • Oversee and assess the services and performance of benefits consultants, brokers, third party administrators and other vendors/providers.
  • Oversee management of HRIS system and recommend strategic improvements or system additions to better support the department and organization.
  • Identify potential risk and ensure compliance at all levels. Monitor all regulatory compliance requirements for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide advice to management on compensation and benefits-related topics, including change management and communication related to ongoing or new compensation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Required. Master in HR or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in progressive compensation related development.
  • Experience in Pharma industry preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEC, SOX, and tax requirements as well as all other government regulations that apply to compensation base and incentive compensation.
  • Excellent understanding of U.S. and global compensation and benefits practices.
  • Experience with executive and global compensation programs, compensation planning methodologies, and survey/analysis/data collection.
