About the position

The Global HR and MD Program Executive Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and managing HR strategies across various strategic business units (SBUs). This position focuses on aligning employee value propositions with economic requirements, overseeing HR operations for Managing Directors, and ensuring effective talent management and organizational design. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive change and support the growth of BCG's diverse business units.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage HR strategy for strategic business units (SBUs) including Platinion, Inverto, BrightHouse, Expand, and BCG U.
  • Oversee HR team supporting Managing Directors, including KPI setting, career development, contracting, and compensation across eight countries.
  • Develop scalable HR models to support various businesses at different sizes.
  • Interface with finance to manage the annual performance KPI process for Managing Directors.
  • Support the integration of BCG HR policies and ensure alignment with best practices across SBUs.
  • Provide HR advice on due diligence and integration support for acquisitions.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support the implementation of HR processes and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Human Resources, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in Human Resources or consulting industry.
  • Experience in the talent management lifecycle in professional services firms.
  • Strong executive HR and consulting career development experience.
