About the position

As the Global HR Director - Service at Crane Payment Innovations (CPI), you will play a pivotal role in providing HR leadership to the Service business. This position is crucial for developing and implementing a comprehensive People Strategy that aligns with CPI's growth and transformation goals, particularly as the company aims to establish itself as a nationwide service provider across various markets. The Service business encompasses a dispersed workforce of over 350 field service technicians located in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. In this capacity, you will be responsible for constructing and executing talent strategies that are designed to transform the organizational culture, thereby enhancing employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong grasp of change management initiatives will be essential as you work closely with the global Human Resources Leadership team. This role offers significant opportunities for engagement with both the global team and the corporate CXT HR Leadership team, providing visibility and influence within the organization. You will also oversee two direct reports based in the U.S. and one dotted line HR Operational resource, ensuring that the HR function effectively supports the needs of the Service business. Your responsibilities will include leveraging HR expertise to partner strategically with employees and senior leadership, developing talent acquisition and management strategies, utilizing HR analytics for informed decision-making, and designing initiatives that foster a positive work environment. Additionally, you will manage multiple HR-related projects globally, ensuring that business-critical objectives are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of related human resources experience.
  • Strong HR business partnership skills.
  • Experience supporting Sr. Leaders/ C-level executives.
  • International HR support experience.
