About the position

The Global HR Operations & Process Analyst at Exact Sciences Corporation plays a crucial role in optimizing HR processes and ensuring compliance with international HR regulations. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting global digital transformation efforts, and delivering data-driven HR solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. The role requires collaboration with regional teams to align local needs with global strategies, making it essential for navigating the complexities of a global workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive current state analyses across global regions and develop business cases to standardize and improve HR operations.
  • Review and optimize HR processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance globally.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation in HR Operations activities and partner with relevant teams to implement innovative solutions.
  • Participate in global HR projects, ensuring outcomes align with regional and corporate objectives, and track project benefits to measure impact.
  • Ensure and participate in change management efforts related to global HR operations, including communication and training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and monitor global HR compliance standards, ensuring adherence to international labor laws.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of employee records in accordance with global retention policies and facilitate mass data changes.
  • Provide operational and data-driven support for global annual HR programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR services, HR operations, or advisory roles.
  • 2+ years of experience with process optimization.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, OneNote).
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills across HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-cultural teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as AI, RPA, and chatbots in HR settings.
  • Proficiency in HR technology systems and tools, with experience in supporting HR processes.
  • Experience with compliance, audit response, and data governance.

Nice-to-haves
