About the position
This position involves overseeing engineering specifications and manufacturing processes to ensure quality and reliability of finished products. The role includes developing and implementing policies and procedures for production control, analyzing production data, and providing solutions for engineering issues. The individual will also manage manufacturing schedules and resource allocations, supervise trial runs, and direct inventory maintenance and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Direct analysis of engineering specifications and manufacturing processes to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for production control and management tasks.
- Plan and implement procedures for materials handling, production, equipment operation, scheduled maintenance, and repairs.
- Analyze production data to indicate efficiency and production cost.
- Provide solutions for any engineering issues.
- Determine manufacturing schedules, task assignments, and resource allocations to meet the client's requirements.
- Implement the transfer processes of airbag manufacturing technology.
- Supervise trial runs and coordinate system configurations as needed.
- Plan, supervise, and direct inventory maintenance, storage, and procurement schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- 24 months of experience in engineering or general manager positions.
