About the position

The Global Integrated Marketing Communications Operations Manager at TikTok will play a crucial role in managing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance TikTok's presence in the business community. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective project management, operational excellence, and alignment with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, particularly in B2B and B2C contexts, and will be responsible for driving key projects that support TikTok's mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global and regional key projects; drive project implementations with both internal and cross-function key stakeholders.
  • Assist leadership in documenting and communicating decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Establish and refine operational procedures, frameworks, and standards for team collaboration and project management.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), applying data-driven strategies for program optimization.
  • Drive revenue and strategic program alignment by collaborating with sales and partnerships teams, focusing on performance and insights.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative proactively; support project management tasks, improve current processes and ensure plans are documented and stakeholders are informed accordingly.
  • Serve as liaison between senior team leadership and cross functional stakeholders regarding company projects, planning, and meetings.
  • Enhance team efficiency through streamlined communication, organized information management (including spreadsheets and reports), and streamlined procurement and budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate comprehensive meeting preparations and logistics, including content, hospitality, IT, along with meticulous management of calendar coordination and engagement arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years experience in marketing or communications; prior experience in tech, entertainment or B2B a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solver, with ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent time/project management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful client projects
  • Highly collaborative, team player, strong influencer and relationship builder
  • A demonstrated understanding of CRM and the intersection between SEO, content, and social within the digital marketing landscape.
