About the position

The Global Integrated Marketing Program Manager is responsible for orchestrating and managing the operations that support the design, execution, and performance of ServiceNow's key global marketing programs and campaigns. This role involves leading cross-functional efforts to create integrated marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving pipeline and revenue, and facilitating post-purchase motions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience in various marketing domains, including brand and creative, field marketing, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the development and execution of global integrated marketing plans.
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions, managing agendas, working files, and action items.
  • Design and manage comprehensive project plans including campaign roadmaps and deliverables timelines.
  • Manage overall plan budget details, including working with agencies and internal finance teams.
  • Ensure marketing plans are measured as part of the organization's overall rhythm of business and QBRs.
  • Design and drive internal communications to ensure visibility of the plan to appropriate audiences.
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable for the execution and performance of the aligned plan.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing program management experience with excellent project planning skills.
  • Experience in driving, designing, or executing integrated marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Understanding of marketing campaign performance and ability to translate it into business impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead by influence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating marketing concepts into business impact.
  • Marketing campaign and program management experience within the enterprise software industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of marketing experience.
