About the position

The Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team at Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced professional to engineer, develop, and integrate capabilities for the Missile Defense System. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various technical teams, and supporting the integration of critical missile defense technologies. The position requires an active Secret Security clearance and involves approximately 10% travel to customer sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Integrating JEMINI Lab test suites in the development lab.
• Assisting software development personnel with issue investigation and resolution; developing configurations to support tests and prototypes.
• Creating and modifying scripts for data analysis of input, internal, and output message data.
• Troubleshooting test and prototype issues; developing troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents; reviewing and providing feedback on system specifications and development documents.
• Automating scripting to configure and maintain remote hosts.

Requirements

• An active final secret clearance is required prior to starting.
• Extremely proficient in Linux and scripting (bash, python).
• High-level understanding of automation and implementation.
• Highly proficient in troubleshooting methods.
• Working knowledge of virtualized environments and software testing.
• Experience in the integration of system components within a test environment.
• Familiarity with virtualized systems and security design and implementation.
• Previous experience as a Software Tester/Integrator.
• Hands-on experience with DoD/other integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and automated test tools.

Nice-to-haves

• TS clearance is a plus.
• Experience developing scripts in Ansible.
• Knowledge of Containerized Virtual Environments.
• Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining databases.
