About the position

The Global Inventory Lead is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing inventory processes within a life sciences and manufacturing company. This role focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. The leader will implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote collaboration among supply chain teams to achieve inventory goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish inventory procedures to ensure inventory accuracy across all plants
• Ensure inventory reporting is in compliance with company regulations
• Drive lean programs to promote inventory optimization
• Implement KPIs to track inventory metrics and identify root cause analysis and improvement areas
• Drive cross-collaboration across Supply Chain teams to align inventory goals and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Inventory Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, Power BI, and analytical tools
• APICS Certification preferred
