About the position

The Global IP Program Manager is responsible for driving the implementation and success of products and platforms across various regions, including the Americas, APJ, and Europe. This role involves coordinating strategy development, working closely with platform owners and stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication and governance throughout the program lifecycle. The manager will monitor program performance, manage senior executive engagement, and adapt to global requirements while maintaining a focus on technology and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and success of products and platforms across America's APJ and Europe.
• Develop and consolidate global strategy for Cloud platforms with input from key stakeholders.
• Prioritize key initiatives and manage task/timeline/status reporting with platform leadership teams.
• Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize results.
• Ensure program operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Prepare impactful messaging and presentations for senior management engagement.
• Track workstream progress, including milestone achievement and impact realization.
• Demonstrate and provide in-depth knowledge of technology.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to network effectively, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a program director or similar position, or 5-10 years of product ownership.
• Experience in IT Channel, preferably in Managed Service/Hosting Provider or Pan European distributors.
• Strong consultative skills and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of project/program management techniques.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with current Microsoft programs in the market.
• Working knowledge of TD SYNNEX's cloud platforms is a plus.
• Passion for technology and Cloud, with a good understanding of Cloud Computing, ideally with Microsoft or Amazon.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
