About the position

The Global Labeling Project Manager I at Boston Scientific is responsible for managing the development and implementation of global labeling processes to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements. This role involves collaboration with cross-divisional labeling leadership and other global labeling teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The position requires strong project management skills, including the ability to summarize complex information, prepare project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of Global Labeling processes.
• Summarize and convert complex information into clear documentation supporting BSC labeling processes.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
• Lead, manage, organize, and communicate project information and activities.
• Direct project execution by assigning tasks and tracking schedules.
• Resolve project issues by collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Estimate project levels of effort and resource requirements.
• Coordinate complex process changes and manage project activities for multi-site initiatives.
• Engage Learning and Development to ensure appropriate training curriculums are in place.
• Review data to identify and implement process improvements for labeling documents.
• Consult with internal project groups and mentor junior project leaders.
• Manage priorities to assure execution and alignment of project goals.
• Work with labeling council to understand priorities and plan resource allocation.
• Apply corporate and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Provide guidance to product teams on labeling processes and systems.
• Engage with acquisition integration teams for labeling strategies.
• Support internal/external audits for compliance of labeling processes.
• Participate in the review of new regulations and implement new requirements.
• Perform compliance assessments of the labeling process.
• Own NCEPs and CAPAs associated with the global labeling process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of work experience within Medical Device Labeling specialty.
• Specialized and comprehensive technical knowledge in the Labeling function.
