About the position

The IA Services Offer Launch Leader will be responsible for leading the launch of selected offers in coordination with offer managers and marketing/sales leaders globally. This role aims to enhance the launch capacity and competency within the Industrial Automation Services (IA Services) commercial team, ensuring successful execution of launch plans aligned with business targets. The leader will collaborate closely with various functions and front offices in impacted countries to professionalize the launch process and secure business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of selected offers in coordination with offer managers and marketing/sales leaders.
• Define and execute launch plans in line with business targets.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on all aspects of the launch book.
• Manage Offer Launch Assets and ensure effective communication with countries during launch preparation.
• Establish launch organization, responsibilities, and schedule with countries.
• Drive country commitment at key milestones and organize launch kick-off meetings.
• Create and negotiate offer pricing policy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing product launches or similar projects.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define and execute strategic launch plans effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to share information with stakeholders globally.
