About The Position

The Global Management Trainee Program at TVH offers an advanced, entry-level position where trainees will work on and lead multiple international projects within a growing organization. This 24-month developmental role, starting on September 1st, 2025, provides comprehensive training and exposure to various facets of TVH's business operations through job assignments in different departments. Trainees will gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes while developing an extensive internal network of colleagues. They will receive project guidance from senior management and ongoing support from a personal mentor throughout the traineeship, positioning them for future opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to several facets of TVH business operations through job assignments to various departments in the organization
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
• Willing to work in a variety of job assignments to get to know end-to-end processes in different functions
• Using analytical and critical thinking skills to apply to assigned duties
• Being exposed to higher management/leadership in the projects conducted
