About the position

The Global Manager, People Operations at Eightfold.AI is responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience for the team. This role involves managing end-to-end HR projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and handling confidential information. The manager will focus on improving processes, systems, and tools to support rapid scaling and effective service delivery for the global team.

Responsibilities

• Manage new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
• Oversee compliance with HR policies and federal/state regulations.
• Handle HR vendor management and contract renewals.
• Administer leave of absence programs and benefits renewals.
• Maintain and optimize the HRIS system and integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement in people operations policies and processes.
• Create HR dashboards for data analysis and reporting.
• Manage employee life cycle for full-time and contingent workers.

Requirements

• Experience with implementing a HRIS.
• Strong program management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a background in human resources.
• Experience using Google Suite and MS Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing a high-performance team.
• Knowledge of human resources compliance (EEOC, ACA, E-Verify).
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
