Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings for decision making and business planning.
• Prepare high-quality presentations of findings for project teams and executive management.
• Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for Terumo BCT products.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Deepen knowledge of macroeconomics, industry risks, and healthcare innovations to strengthen analyses and recommendations.
• Maintain effective internal control and contribute to a positive work climate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of research and analytical experience.
• Proven success in interpreting, manipulating, and visualizing data from large datasets.
• Broad-based knowledge in business, health informatics, or economics.
• Previous experience within healthcare is preferred.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage through influence.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI.
