About the position

The Global Marketing & Digital Director at Haleon will lead the marketing strategy for the Centrum brand, focusing on building brand purpose and driving business growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, digital expertise, and team leadership to enhance brand engagement and performance across various platforms and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and strategic growth plan for the brand.
  • Articulate the 'where to play' choices for the brand.
  • Build and act against a clear brand heart and purpose.
  • Shape all elements of brand strategy including human experience journey mapping and brand architecture.
  • Develop global marketing initiatives to drive business growth and ensure consumer connections align with the enterprise purpose.
  • Develop a connections eco-system that identifies compelling connection points with target audiences.
  • Lead and deliver compelling brand ideas that drive both long-term brand health and short-term campaign impact.
  • Ensure the brand idea translates seamlessly across platforms and channels.
  • Deliver toolkits that service the brand's always-on requirements alongside specific campaign needs.
  • Understand and lead the global search strategy across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Lead global learning agendas to unlock growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • World class brand building experience including growth opportunity identification and brand stewardship.
  • Ability to set clear and compelling vision for growth and influence global alignment.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver world-class digital strategy and communication.
  • Exceptional relationships with regional and local management and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes in a matrix organization.
  • Highly developed commercial acumen with experience in P&L/budget management.
