About the position

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Global Marketing Campaign Manager to support global marketing campaigns for their supply chain management SaaS software. This role involves designing impactful marketing campaigns, creating in-market messaging, and aligning strategies to maximize engagement and drive demand growth within targeted audiences and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and creation of end-to-end marketing campaigns that maximize lead generation.
  • Build knowledge of Blue Yonder's solutions, target markets, audiences, and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze market and portfolio coverage to identify campaign opportunities and define target audiences.
  • Determine the ideal channel mix for campaigns, including content marketing, paid media, and email.
  • Create customer-centric in-market messages and campaign assets that communicate Blue Yonder's value.
  • Develop campaign briefs and work with internal creative teams and agencies to translate visions into assets.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to share campaign plans and optimize results.
  • Work with field marketing and analytics teams to understand campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or at least 5+ years of experience in B2B software marketing or demand generation.
  • Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus.
  • Proven track record of designing and creating integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead conversion programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to business needs and manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in supply chain management marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
