About the position

The Global Marketing Communications Project Manager at bioMerieux SA is responsible for managing the deployment of communication plans that align with the global marketing strategy. This role involves overseeing omnichannel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a coherent customer journey, and managing various marketing tactics from conception to delivery. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operational execution and support regional marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment of communication plans based on the global marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a coherent online and offline customer journey.
  • Create and manage marketing tactics aligned with the Clinical Operations strategy.
  • Match tools, formats, and content to tactical objectives to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage time, budget, and human resources for projects in an agile mode.
  • Support Regions & Countries in optimizing operational execution and local content adaptation.
  • Provide tools and training for regions and countries to meet localization needs.
  • Create communication kits for product launches and editorial calendars to track performance.
  • Co-manage strategic campaigns with digital marketing experts.
  • Roll out global and local promotion plans for key congresses.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in communications or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in communications and/or marketing in a corporate environment or advertising agency.
  • Minimum 5 years in project management experience in a sales and/or marketing environment.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital activation campaigns, including database deployment and media buying.
  • Experience in diagnostics/life sciences within a commercial organization is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in product launches in an international, matrix environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with international contacts, considering cultural differences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of portfolio, solution, and franchise marketing.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and priority management skills.
  • Understanding of the legal, regulatory, and medical review process for regulated materials.
