About the position

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Global Marketing Data Analyst. The Global Marketing Data Analyst will analyze marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance. This position will play a key role in analyzing data and summarizing insights to measure marketing effectiveness. You will serve as a partner to your Global Marketing peers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Demand Center, Portfolio and Web marketing teams to ensure alignment on data needs, forecasts and performance metrics critical to achieving business success.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to derive insights and identify trends.
  • Develop reports and visualizations to communicate strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Own key marketing analytics processes such as recurring reporting and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing performance.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help inform marketing strategies, improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
  • Enable the marketing team to track and report on their own campaign performance, providing tools, training and support to foster self-sufficiency in data reporting.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales Operations, Regional Marketing, and Marketing leadership to align key data and insights needed to achieve business goals.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities, using data and prior performance to optimize future marketing strategies and activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, PowerBI or other analytics tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Demandbase or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data from multiple tools into actionable insights.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
