About the position

As the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness for our SaaS Enterprise B2B (AI driven) business. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute targeted content strategies to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Optimize lead generation campaigns and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies (Hubspot and Salesloft etc).
  • Experience in guiding a marketing operations team to measure results.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
