About the position
The Events Coordinator at Dynatrace is responsible for managing and executing high-profile strategic in-person and virtual events. This role involves end-to-end planning, collaboration with team members and vendors, and ensuring successful delivery of events that enhance the company's brand and pipeline. The ideal candidate will leverage their event management expertise to elevate Dynatrace's event presence and contribute to the overall success of corporate events.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of assigned strategic events from start to finish
- Support and execute assigned responsibilities for Dynatrace corporate events including user conferences, summit series, and partner events
- Manage event strategy and success metrics, internal team management, sales enablement, and logistics
- Oversee marketing inventory and event equipment
- Maintain event lead follow-up processes, tracking and reporting using Salesforce and Marketo
- Deliver positive impact to pipeline and brand perception
- Provide best practice and comparative reviews of competitors' and industry events
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years experience in designing, developing, and delivering hosted programs for customers and prospects globally, preferably in the tech industry
- Experience leading several end-to-end events from initial objective setting through execution and follow-up
- Experience with CRM and Marketing software and tools (SalesForce and Marketo preferred)
