About the position

Versa Designed Surfaces is seeking exceptional candidates to join our global marketing team. You will play a vital role in strengthening our global brand presence. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life, elevate our brand and connect with our fashion-forward audience worldwide. This role offers the chance to contribute to a company committed to creativity, partnership and sustainability - and may include international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated omni-channel marketing plan to drive cohesive brand messaging.
  • Tailor global messaging to regional and cultural needs.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all platforms, marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop high-quality assets for digital content, presentations, sales support & sampling.
  • Support public relations efforts including media outreach and product award submissions.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts across website and social media.
  • Leverage analytics to support data-driven insights to refine campaigns.
  • Prepare performance reports showcasing campaign effectiveness.
  • Draft project briefs detailing objectives, scope, budget, ROI and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the product design team on merchandising themes and messaging.
  • Create, organize and maintain sales support and new product introduction materials.
  • Manage creative elements of sampling, photography coordination and marketing initiatives.
  • Proofread and review all marketing materials for brand and content accuracy.
  • Respond to and manage international customer requests.
  • Coordinate brand visibility initiatives and assist with company events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with design, marketing and/or digital marketing experience in the Architectural/Design industry.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, platforms and metrics analysis, as well as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing, design and analytical skills, essential for creating impactful marketing materials and measuring campaign success.
