Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand. KitchenAid is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Global Marketing Manager to join the global KitchenAid small appliance team based in Benton Harbor, MI. The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy for the Mixing category and lead the creative development for all Mixing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic and creative development for the Mixing Category.
  • Responsible for creating and distributing (and ensuring implementation) of the Global Playbooks for this category.
  • Apply global brand strategies to new Mixing product launches - delivering differentiated and ownable consumer platforms.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to help develop consumer-meaningful innovation, including leading claim generation for new Mixing projects.
  • Establish communication hierarchy to drive relevant consumer messages across all touch-points and align strategy with cross-functional process partners.
  • Work with regional marketing teams to set the proper go to market strategy for your categories, including budget, creative, and asset recommendations.
  • Collaborate with insights across entire journey- to ensure we have the right positioning, claims, creative articulation, etc.
  • Participate in broader strategic imperatives for the business, as needed.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business including product market, global consumer design, KitchenAid majors/masterbrand, ecommerce and all regional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of advertising, marketing, brand management, or agency experience

  • Experience developing product positioning and launching new products across Integrated Marketing Campaigns
  • Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights and transform them into marketing strategies
