About the position

The Global Marketing Manager at Merz Aesthetics is responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies for the BELOTERO brand. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to drive growth in the Global Aesthetics Injectables business, focusing on market research, product management, and launch strategies. The manager will also support innovation and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support pipeline projects by providing customer feedback and market insights.
  • Validate product inputs and support financial forecasts and business cases.
  • Develop launch plans and collect research to support commercial strategy.
  • Execute market research initiatives around customer needs and product validation.
  • Support the development of the scientific publication strategy in partnership with Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs.
  • Execute new product launches in collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of global brand strategies, including value proposition and lifecycle management.
  • Gather input on customer needs from regional marketing to ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Respond to requests from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business issues.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product management or strategic marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, 10-15% including some weekends.

Nice-to-haves

  • 7+ years of progressive product or strategic global marketing experience with pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, or technology.
  • Experience working with medical or healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
