About the position

The Global Markets Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the executives within the Global Markets division. Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
