About The Position

The Global Medical Affairs Lead Pathology at Roche Diagnostics is responsible for providing medical and scientific expertise in oncology diagnostics. This role involves developing strategic global medical plans, executing medical activities, and building partnerships with medical and patient communities. The position focuses on advancing cancer diagnostics and improving patient experiences and outcomes through collaboration and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Medical Sciences (MD and/or PhD) in Pathology, Oncology or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience in medical affairs and/or development.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing or supporting oncology clinical studies and medical education programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts.
  • Experience leading in a global and cross-cultural matrix.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory considerations in healthcare, biopharma, and diagnostics.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
