About the position

As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist, you will manage all aspects of employee relocation processes for individuals requiring domestic relocation support or international assignments. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international relocation processes, mobility policies, immigration requirements, tax implications, and compensation structures for expatriates. You will leverage your consulting skills and functional expertise to apply industry knowledge and best practices effectively. Your responsibilities will include assessing and identifying opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, and providing consultation and advisory services to external team members. Given the sensitive nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is a requirement for this position. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively present information to diverse stakeholders. You will also utilize your data analysis skills to support decision-making processes and enhance operational efficiency. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of three years of experience in domestic and international relocation and mobility. Certifications in Global Mobility and Employee Relocations are highly desirable, as they will enhance your ability to perform in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the global mobility industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
  • High school diploma or GED.
