About the position

The Global Operations Coordinator at R1 is responsible for integrating global teams and ensuring operational excellence within the organization. This role involves managing inventory, employee training, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The coordinator will work closely with directors to enhance productivity and oversee the implementation of new client workflows, while also monitoring performance metrics and supporting the global revenue recovery team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful integration of global teams.
  • Oversee inventory management and employee training and development.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage selection processes and operating budgets for global scaling.
  • Implement new client workflows and partner with directors to increase productivity.
  • Lead the development and reorganization of global support and operational teams.
  • Monitor and build reporting systems to support productivity, quality assurance, and resource efficiency.
  • Conduct account reviews and assist with inventory audits.
  • Update leadership and inform the executive team on global operations matters.
  • Ensure adherence to KPI expectations for the global team.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of denials and accounts receivable processes and best practices.
  • Experience in managing a global staff or function.
  • Understanding of organizational revenue and inflow goals.
  • Ability to conduct consistent staff audits and quality reviews.
  • Effective communication skills to work with clients, payers, and internal stakeholders.
