About the position

The Global Operations Development Summer Analyst Program at Bank of America is a 10-week internship designed to provide participants with a unique and immersive experience in the field of global operations. This program is tailored for individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s or a direct-to-Master’s degree, and it aims to foster essential skills such as teamwork, leadership, and project management. Throughout the internship, participants will have the opportunity to explore different tracks within Global Operations, including Business Controls, Operations Management, and Project/Change Management. The program emphasizes professional development through formal training, mentorship, and networking events, enabling interns to build relationships with peers and senior leaders. Interns will also participate in volunteer activities and speaker series, enhancing their understanding of Bank of America’s vision and culture. The internship is structured to help interns strengthen their key skills and competencies, preparing them for future career opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Participate in various projects and processes within Global Operations.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduation date between November 2025 - August 2026.
  • 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid organizational skills.
  • Excellent planning and project management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstration of leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • High standard of professionalism and strategic thinking.
  • Sound judgment and ability to deal with ambiguity and high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment.

Nice-to-haves
