About the position

The Global Operations Development Summer Analyst Program at Bank of America is a 10-week internship designed to provide participants with a unique experience tailored to their interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. This program is open to individuals pursuing a Bachelor's or a direct-to-Master's degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026. Interns will engage in a variety of activities that foster teamwork, leadership, and project management skills, all while driving results that align with Bank of America's vision and culture. During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to explore various tracks within Global Operations, including Business Controls, Operations Management, and Project/Change Management. The program emphasizes the development of key skills through formal and on-the-job training, peer and mentor relationships, and collaboration across teams. Interns will also gain exposure to multiple areas within the organization, enhancing their business acumen and networking skills through connections with senior leaders and participation in educational speaker events. The internship aims to strengthen analytical, organizational, and communication skills, while also providing a platform for interns to make a real impact on the business from day one. Participants will be involved in robust learning experiences, including additional training sessions, professional development opportunities, volunteer activities, and speaker series, all designed to jump-start their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or a direct-to-Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026.
  • 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solid organizational skills and excellent planning ability.
  • Project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstration of leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
