About the position

The Global Operations Leader at Koch Engineered Solutions will be responsible for enhancing the competitive position of the Equipment Technology and Services (ET&S) business platform. This role involves developing strategies for global manufacturing capabilities, overseeing high-volume plants, and ensuring operational excellence across various functions including supply chain and product development. The leader will apply Principle Based Management to foster a results-oriented team and drive innovation and collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategies to enhance the long-term competitive position of the business.
• Create an integrated manufacturing capability across global operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on operational excellence.
• Partner with global teams to develop end-to-end solutions for the business.
• Direct responsibility for global EH&S, quality, and operations excellence capabilities.
• Measure process and cost performance by product and asset, and customer-facing metrics for on-time performance and quality.
• Provide insights for optimal asset investment decisions based on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Strong operational background on a strategic level.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience translating complex work into prioritized strategies.
• Ability to interpret customer needs for measuring outcomes and internal metrics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally.

• Experience leading teams in a Principle Based Management (PBM) organization.
• Experience structuring an organization for effective results delivery.
• Previous experience developing footprint strategies for competitive advantages.
